Tubtex 250

Our Tubtex 250 machine has been designed with those clients in mind who wish to improve the production process by changing from sewn to soldered sponges.

Designed for small productions, this machine is simple and easy to use. It is controlled by a foot pedal and is ideally suited for soldering our Tubular fabrics as the final process in the manufacturing of sponges and scouring pads.

This machine can solder our fabrics of polypropylene, metalized polyester and raffia.

The resulting solder is of great quality and durability.
